This is my first OC on the car (well, second, I did one when I bought it). Oil has about 3K miles on it plus five days at the track. Looked to me like there was a fair amount of metal in the car. Didn't save any for an analysis, will do that next OC.

I finnally decided to try the Vavoline Maxlife 5w20 that I had in my stash in my wifes car 2002 lincoln with a 4.6. 94,880 miles-5w20 Maxlife with a Purolator premium plus filter. Sounds nice and quiet and smooth at start-up.
