Post your latest oil change

Apparently you’ve been doing a good job on servicing your car !
Good job
Lol, its a non-VCM J-series, they're pretty tough mills.

The car is on its original

Wheel bearings
O2 sensors (Admittedly, they could probably use replacing)
Passenger side CV Axle (I replaced the drivers, it was leaking and I didn't feel like messing with a re-boot)
Radiator and hoses

and

Transmission #3 - 105k out of the 1st, 160k out of the second (you can tell I started taking better care of it after the first one)

What did you do different on the 2nd tranny to make it survive longer ?

Hard to say. I did more regular fluid changes with it, that's about it. Plus I think it was an upgraded unit that incorporated a few of the fixes Honda did over the years.
The 4 banger transmissions had their issues as well. I just had a good rebuilt installed in a '98 Accord. The original was rebuilt at maybe 80K. At about 140K a used trans was installed (against my better judgement). It lasted less than a year; I just put the good rebulit in. The rest of the car has been stellar.

More fluid change had to help.
Transmissions and rear diff’s are often overlooked in routine service. And when they fail
The owner is amazed

Yep, the wife had a 2000 I4 that grenaded. Same story, motor was fine, trans was like glass. Had it rebuilt and 2 months later she ran the oil dry for 15 miles when the countershaft seal pushed itself out (known issue), motor actually survived, 3 months after that, her and the kid were plowed by an E450 box van....car didn't survive that one.

And from what i see where I live most are just personal vehicles not towing or hauling. just driving to the store or taking trips
There was an article a year or two ago about GM trucks having issues with soot due to not going into regen because people who weren't using them for long hauls or towing; and they were short-tripping them, and causing issues. /le sigh
