Prior to oil change 1 full tank beforehand I did intake valve cleaning with STP

Is this the first time you've done that and did it make a noticeable difference?

I’ve done the intake valve cleaning before. Didn’t notice any difference each time. I try to stay on top of it and do it between 10-15000 miles.

2016 Ford Fusion 2.0 ecoboost. 5.7 qts 5w30 Supertech Full Synthetic oil, PH3614 Fram extra guard oil filter. This run was for 4 months and a little less than 3,000 miles. A lot of short trips and car sitting at idle remote starts. The oil has always smelt like fuel, but during the winter months it seems worse. I usually go 5,000 miles, especially during warmer months and longer trips. Car has 65,000 miles and has been pretty reliable, lots of power and the AWD system has surprised me with how well the winter traction has been.

Big sump Thats the explanation. My Yaris is only 3.2 quarts with filter, thinking to change the oil twice per year.
