Changed oil and filter on my parents pair of Saturns sl1 and sl2. The sl1 got mobil super synblend 10w30 with a protec filter and the sl2 got RGT 5w30 with protec oil filter.

Tiguan makes 5k a year. My wife is primary driver, and I sometimes clean exhaust system or when snow is that bad that I have to go out and get people in neighborhood who got stuck with cars, I take it.

Bike has been underwater due to a mistake that my dad made

Engine was flushed 3 times on short rides with regular car oil and now the oil looked like it didnt contain water/moisture anymore.

Oil : Shell advance ultra 4t 10w40 ma2
Oilfilter: Twinair oilfilter.

First noticable improvements: much better clutch release which also causes much better shifting and easier to find neutral.
I experienced the same with my honda crf 450 when i changed to shell.
