I feel so bad for taking it to a quick lube and for giving it conventional oil for the first time in its life, but it's been too cold to work on it!

How do you like the FiTech fi?

It's not bad, and will probably be a go to option for fuel injection in the future. It uses some sensors that were original to the Rochester TBI used on GM engines in the late 80's through mid 90's, so parts are easy to find. The ECU is integral to the throttle body unit, so minimal wiring is necessary.

Personally however, if I were to convert a carburetted engine to fi, I'd probably find a donor vehicle with Rochester TBI. We did this on a '49 Chevrolet pickup ('77 C10 chassis with early 80's 350) in the end/beginning of 2016/2017. Moe wires yes,

Good to hear from you three, Garak, Red91 and BBhero.

Nice selection of oils too, Shell Rotella, Havoline and VWB.

I hope my dealer's service changed the oil + filter
but if they did

In: Honda 0w-20 FS with stock Honda A02 filter
Out: same as I am using the 3 prepaid ones

It wasn't overfilled this time though! Would there be any reason that the oil isn't as light colored on the stick as the previous one which was the first change? maybe the FF was keeping things cleaner?
