Neighbor's 2010 Honda Accord 4 cyl. auto w/77,501 miles
OUT: Castrol 5W-20 Fram silver with black grabby rubber filter (as in NOT orange)
IN: Castrol 5W-20 MANN-HUMMEL PureOne 14610 in the fancy angled box
+ a new 14mm aluminum washer.
NOTE: Found a screw in the RR tire when I rotated them. This impressed my neighbor.
HERO-of-the-DAY: Found the spare had 8 psi and I filled it.
2010 Traverse. 146,969 miles. Valvoline Synpower 5W-30 and Bosch 3334 filter. About 5,000 since the last oil change at 50% oil life. Not quite convinced of going 10,000 or so by the OLM with the 3.6 having a history of worn timing chains.

Have 2 cars with the 3.6, 5K is my change interval due to the timing chains you mentioned
