Out: Royal Purple 0W20 and Honda A02 oil filter
In: Pennzoil Platinum 0W20 and Honda A02 oil filter. I purchased this oil on clearance at K-Mart 6 months ago. I could see additives stuck on the bottom inside of the bottle when I poured it all into my car. Not really. Concerned however thought it was odd.

Never would expect such miles from a Huyndai... How long have you had it? Would you say it's pretty reliable?

That's funny you say that. I've read other folks mention materials/additives at the bottom of PPPP bottle so I was sure to shake the jug very well before adding and after I added 2.5 quarts. The material/additives were adhered to the bottom of the bottle and only came off when I wiped them. I purchased 8 or 9 jugs (5 quart bottles) a few months ago, wonder if I should contact Pennzoil and file the communication. What do you guys think, should they buy them back from me?

was my my old company car got it with 4000 miles on the clock ran it on Quaker State Conventional and when menards switched out QS for Valveoline , my guy at Pepboys said Proline is blended by warren and is a QS base for conventional oil,

car is very reliable , clean oil, and do your timing belts at 80 k intervals , 1 radiator and did a water pump at the last belt mostly highway miles in the midwest yeah they are dependable, did the normal stuff plugs and filters, and brakes , AC still runs and doesn't leak

still has original starter and alternator ,yes OEM

The old oil looked like muddy water, and after the oil change, the new oil already appeared discolored.

2008 Porsche Cayman, 65k
Out: Mobil 1 0W-40, Mahle Filter, 5500 miles
In: Mobil 1 0W-40, Porsche OE Filter

The oil life monitor showed 15% remaining at the time of the oil change, and the oil was also over 1-qt low. As expected, the oil was very, very dark as well.

2014 Nissan Versa Note SV 3000 mile OCI 27830 on ODO.

Out Mobil 1 5w30 and Purolator Classic oil filter

In Supertech 5w30 and Purolator Classic oil filter.

With doing the severe service oil change Nissan recommends on this car I thought using Mobil 1 didn't make sense to use again. Did come out a bit dark but that seems to be normal at around 3k for this engine. Running this OCI on Supertech conventional.

Cut open filter. No tears. Pleats looked pretty even but did spread out at seam a bit. Confident the 14612 filter is ok for me to use on this vehicle.
