Did these today on my 2008 ML320 diesel.

Dumbest design ever. No idea why Mercedes went this route.

These filters have 20k iirc. They are packed.

Supposedly the air filters are undersized. Not sure how that makes sense, given that one of these is about the same size as one from our 3.5L Honda. But they sure do get packed!

This is a relatives car and had an unrelated CEL I wasn't aware of. Goes back to the dealer for that one. This filter went thru the wild fires. Same AC Delco unit went back in.

I put a new Hann & Co cabin filter in my 22’ Ram on 5/25/25. I don’t notice any reduction in air flow at all but the older one was pretty dirty. Had a lot of seeds and dirt in it.

Out: Microgard (installed by dealer whwn I got car at 64,000).
In: Denso.
Time to teach older one (almost 9) some things

Also replaced cabin filter.
Out: Unknown, probably Microgard. Darker one in photo.
In: Wix (Mann).

2023 Camaro 9k miles/3 yr and the LA fires.
Changed with OEM and vacuumed the box.
Changed CAF anyway too but it looked new (year old) but was some AutoZone junk.
The air filter didn't look that bad but I think it needed it.

I changed my wifes CX-5 Engine Air filter when I did her oil change over the weekend. 20K on engine. It really wasn't very dirty at all, but I changed it. Used a Purolator One air filter. Looked pretty much identical to the OEM Mazda.
