Post your current MPG

HAH, 510 miles on 10.5 gallons, so around 48.6 mpg.
460 of these miles were interstate with the cruise set in the young seventies, conditions under which hybrids do not give their best fuel economy.

Got curious, looks like I got 27mpg last winter on snows for my '99 Camry--but I think that is off by 4% or so, 4% low, as tire diam was not the same. But it's back to 30mpg despite me not driving for mpg, can live with that.

Little Saturn, 40.5 MPG, w/LC & FP

Big Saturn (Vue) 23.6MPG w/LC & FP
Wow I wish I was getting two-thirds of that!
2001 Pontiac Grand Prix with a 3.1 l engine I'm only getting about 16 miles per gallon combined City highway. I don't think that's very good I should be getting more than that I think.
Not really sure what to do to remedy it, the car runs great. I do have new spark plugs to put in but again it's running great the air filter is brand new.
Someone on another group also suggested gas filter which I do not believe contributes to poor gas mileage.
Again the car is running great.
I have heard that cleaning the MAF sensor would help any truth in this?

That does seem a bit low, but it is a large, heavier car with just a 3.1L 140HP V-6…it has to work that engine harder than the optional 3.8 V-6 in city stop and go driving.

You can have Eco, or you can have boost. Guess which one we used today. 70-75mph on the interstate on the way to Fort Wilderness:

I'm pulling the 26DJSE which is a full 8' wide 26' box travel trailer, about 6000#'s

Towing the truck gets 93 octane, not towing it gets whatever I feel like, sometimes 87 or 89, sometimes 93.

Keep this going....

2005 Legacy GT- Jap spec ej20y turbo, awd, automatic. 4 heavy winter tires. 27mpg, mixed 50/50 driving, NH 93 octane.

2009 Forester XT- Jap spec ej20y swap, awd, auto. 4 heavy winter tires. 50/50 mixed driving, NH 93 octane. 17mpg
2008 Legacy 2.5- Stock, 228k miles, 28mpg on all season tires, 50/50 mix driving, NH 87 octane.

I took the C43 on a 500 mile jaunt today; mostly interstate but with some intermittent stop-and-go traffic. It averaged 29 mpg at an average speed of 60 mph. Not bad.

Back from our Disney trip today, and as I suspected, coming home wasn't any better. We battled a bit of a headwind on the way back, so we chewed through a little more 93 than on the way down.

Amusing how much fuel you can shove through a 2.3L 4 cylinder when you really try.

Although, thinking back, my 1991 Miata would do about 9-10mpg on the racetrack when you were foot-to-the-floor for most of a lap at Road Atlanta, so add a turbo and 6000# to the truck along with 70mph wind resistance and its not THAT surprising.

HAH, 621 miles on 9.3 gallons, so 56 mpg.
This was strictly my commute along with local use, where this HEV shines.

Filled up the Maverick at Casey's. partial fill of 3.994 gallons and a full fill of 13.227 gallons with 88 octane E15.
Summer is here, Up 4+mpg. About 55% hwy

For the first time in many years, I took my 03 Civic on a long highway drive. Since moving to a small town 13 years ago, it's exclusively been driven in city or with only minor highway miles. It typically averages 30-32 MPG in that scenario. Yesterday, I filled up before and after a 91 mile round trip that was mostly highway and ended up getting ~38 MPG. So she's still capable of 38 MPG.
91.4 miles / 2.383 gals = 38.355 MPG

15.0 mpg in mixed drving highway city.
I can get as much as 19 mpg on long hiway drives and as little as 13 mpg in town.
V8 4x4 SUV. (2008 Pathfinder), 5.6 liter.

No cylinder deactivation or the like, the engine was designed prior to the 2008 fuel price jumps.
Reliable as the sun though, appraching 190,000 miles
It gets 4000-7000 mile OCIs depending on driving history on that oil change.
Rotating between Valvoline Synthetic 5-40 and Mobil 1 0w-40 (I like to challenge any potential deposits with alternating detergent packs.

Filled up the Maverick hybrid at Casey's with 88 octane E15. Shorter fill to beat a 21¢ increase that has started going around.
It is easy to get 40 mpg in the summer. I have not been babying it. The Maverick seem to like the 88 octane E15. Doesn't seem to affect mileage noticeably. 6.99¢ cent per mile for this tank.

34mpg in the Focus on 195/65R15's which have 3% more circumference than the stock 195/60R15's but puts the speedometer almost right on. Mostly highway. I do drive for mileage a bit and its easy to drop to ~29mpg if I drove "normally".
