I didn't. After going back and forth with the head of the water dept. (to the top) she basically said that I had to have used the water as the meter checked out fine twice. Ill spare you details but I was furious. She dismissed me and told me to see what public works could do. I went to the top of that department and was told that he would speak with the head of the water department (same "lady" I spoke with) and that he would take care of it and I would get a credit. That never happened.
No issues since then.
I can not put to words how upset I was, and still am to some degree. I'm just glad the issues has not continued since they were such a royal pain to deal with. If it happens again I'll be contacting the news. I don't play nice with this sort of thing.
