If you are worried about stone chips then have some PPF applied to your front end.

If I see a dump truck carrying a load of gravel I just stay five miles behind him. I've learned my lesson.

On my VW All Track, I was getting stone chips on the front of my hood. I decided to spend some money, took it to the neighborhood body shop, had them strip the hood, apply a thin coat of bedliner across the front of the hood where stones impacted and then repaint the hood.. Looks fantastic and no more stone chips!!

On my way to the BMW Classic Car Club tour last month I didn't pay attention and parked under a maple tree at the motel. The next morning the Club Sport was covered with sap. I had applied a coat of 3 in 1 some time earlier so I only had a bottle of Speed Shine with me. It took a bit of effort but the car was ready for display by 11:00 am.
