Poor Fram CH9999

Picked this up for daughters car. Quality has really dropped off. Used to be a great looking filter.
Messed up glue and there appears to be 5 frayed circles around the filter
Made in Mexico. Using the rating system that @Zee09 has established I would give it a solid D.

It's a joke.. lol
The wear circles appear to be from a machine during assembly & I've seen it on other filters but not that many. @Zee09 I think wouldn't have given it that much leeway though. Looks like a filter I'd return or replace. Thanks for sharing.

Got a replacement Fram CH9999 Made in Korea. What a difference. Grade A.
