Hey fellas. Our countertops were installed about 5 years ago. What products or steps involved on getting the shine? My father in law used to swear by using carnauba wax on my in laws when he was alive. We’ve never stripped them. My wife uses the recommended cleaner when ever she wipes the down. Thanks.

Weiman's products are great, but the only ones I've used are their cleaners. There used to be a product made just for granite to polish it, but I haven't seen it around for many years.
The thing about granite is that you must avoid any kind of acid, since that will dull and erode the surface polish.
Some rubbing compounds might work well, but I'd go to a granite store and ask them. I mean if you actually want to polish them.
Wax would work to protect them after that.

Unless annual cleaning and sealing have been performed since installation, I would recommend a professional come out and clean/ polish your granite countertops.
The numerous cleaners and sealers work great, but only if semi-annually applied to your granite. You countertops likely have slowly dulled, but not noticeable as the dulling was very slow over five years.
Hire a professional to bring the granite back to the way it looked when installed, and then do the semi-annual cleaning and sealing to keep that just installed look.
