Could you please rate the oils listed below? These can be easily bought in my country in Europe (all are 5w40). If you know any details (PAO, Ester, Group 3 etc) about some oil, please drop few words here.

Is the API SM any advantage?
Other than these common oils, I can get:
- Motul 300V 5w40: I had it in my previous car, no problems at all, but I'm not sure if it is suitable for daily driving
- Silkolene Pro S 5w40: this one is hard to get here...
This oil will come into a '98 Honda Prelude 2.2VTEC, daily driven with several track sessions and hard driving, so I would like something with higher HTHS. Local Honda dealer recommends the 5w40 grade.
