I heard the sound of machinery outside. So a gorgeous BMW is hooked up to a tow rig.
"What happened? Broke down?" "No, private property tow..." In a red zone or something.

Older condos around the corner. Bummer. Somebody is gonna be unhappy. And probably $500 worse off.
Beautiful car... Sheesh.

Driver stopped for whatever reason.
Doing paperwork as he was safely away from the location of the offence...and the owner of the car who might be trouble.
Sitting, talking to his girlfriend to kill time.
BONUS: While sitting, the engine was running to keep the AC going and the diesel's exhaust was billowing into your home.

I would be terrified to have his job. The rich people around here all mean business; that's how they got rich.

Heck, I'd like to see it. I've never even sat in a Tesla. One day I would like to drive one and experience their instantaneous torque. I'm certain I'll be amazed.

You know where I live; c'mon over. The water's fine. Ever been in a genuine 10 second car? You will never forget it.
Here's Joe SixPack, who sez he has never been to a track before. Some people are getting 10.6+ times.

I've heard about an interesting phenomenon about Teslas, especially the fastest ones. I've been told that some people experience a sensation that power falls off at higher speeds - when in reality the instant torque launch power of the car is so great it gives a person the illusion that high speed power is fading more than it really is.

The acceleration is similar to a roller coaster. I tell people to put their heads against the head rest and brace themselves. The day we brought the M3P home, Sue drove it to a safe area and I told her to punch it. I was not ready for the G forces. It hurt my neck. Seriously.

I want to say I do not drive this way in any unsafe area. Almost not at all. Not sure if I have hit 100 mph on places like 280 North above Page Mill. But it happens really quickly. I hear the car pulls to 130 like nothing.
