A thread by Pablo got me thinking about plastic pipe cutters & someone posted a link to McMaster-Carr.
The 2527A12 and 3691A43 aren't recommended for cutting Schedule 40 PVC pipe.
I like the looks of 8314A12 since it will cut Schedule 40 PVC pipe.
None of them will cut Schedule 80 but I don't have any pipe that thick.
All 3 are made in USA.
I thought this might be better than a hacksaw for plastic pipe repair around the house. One drawback on the 8314A12 is that it would require a fair amount of room to perform the cut on installed pipe.
Any other ideas or is this one a go?
