According to the Purolator page, they're both 3.15" O.D. x 2.95" H., with different relief PSI, plus the xx59 has an ADBV, and the xx60 doesn't.
Hmmm, interesting,
both Purolator #'s cross to WIX 51334. That seems strange.
Am I missing something?
To the original question, a WIX 51344 is about 3/4" longer.
I swear the page used to have a different picture of the 14460, and a different size listed as well. People have reported size changes in Purolator filters recently, so maybe this is one of the affected filters?
If you look at the Wix recommendations for a 2002 Outback, it lists a different filter for the 2.5 and 3.0, with the 2.5 filter being significantly smaller.
