So what is the consensus on these tires? I recently put new Route 66 tires from Pirelli on my Virago as the cheap OEM Cheng Shin's wore out in no time.
I love Pirelli Angel STs on my Kaw C14. They have a tread pattern that changes from an outline of an angel and it turns to a demon after about 800 miles. No Lie....
Some of my on-line BMW buddies are riding on the rt 66 tires and are quite happy with them. I almost bought a set myself, but when it came down to it I elected to go with the Metzler 880's again. I have had great luck with the Metz. fyi- Pirelli makes the Metz tires.
