Pinging - Mopar Combustion cleaner or Regane

You can use the Mopar Combustion Cleaner or GM Top End Cleaner to clean some carbon deposits, but if it were my car, I would take it and have it professionly cleaned.

I think I'd rather it be professionally cleaned as well. Do you think the dealer would do the best job here or an independent?
 
My DPFE sensor has been replaced twice. I monitor my coolant temps with my Scangauge, and the highest I have ever seen was 211, and typical operating temp is around 195-206.
