Pilot refuses to fly after passenger smoked marijuana in lavatory

I really don't think I want to use someone who claims to be a lawyer after he pulls a stunt like he just got busted doing! He really thought he could get away with it!? Not too intelligent.... Yet from that entitled attitude you pointed out, I expect a clown like him to use the video in one of his "lawyer commercials!" He can do what he wants and put anything he likes into his own body. How about just on his own time and not affect the lives of so many others? Yeah. Who wants to use him as your lawyer?

WoW. Our society is in real trouble when one of the first things out of the mouth is to blast "I got x number of followers!?" WT? Really? WHO? WHY? Followers of what? Is he leading a cult. That so called lawyer (he laughs when he claims to be one) cares more about his "followers" than all the people on that plane whose lives he disrupted.
It seems much of society today feels pretty entitled to do whatever, just because they have money, etc.
And their followers seem to adore them.

Grapes will register a small amount if you blow.
Some Mediterranean countries went 0.00% alcohol and quickly had to adjust it bcs. grapes etc. Though, clergy was behind it as they wanted to drink wine on Sundays :ROFLMAO:
If I remember there are plenty of naturally occurring alcohol in our diets like bread, not sure how much it will register but any equipment reading will have some random noise in the analog domain. 0% is never going to be a real 0% unless the manufacturer calibrate it out of the way for "safety" just in case they get sued, in exchange for sensitivity.

In my industry we detect faulty sensor when the reading is stuck at 0 in the analog.

That's going to require a lot of jail space, and while we're at it bring back prohibition
I used to agree with legalization. I'm not a smoker, but liked the idea of enforcing more powerful narcotics and let the hippies smoke. Might as well get a little tax money out of it too.

Then I saw what it has done to Massachusetts. The State of MA is now your friendly corner weed dealer. Arguably the nicest buildings in MA towns are the marijuana shops. And the whole state stinks! I smell it on the roads everywhere.

And even though alcohol is legal and dangerous in its own right, a fall down drunk can't get you drunk by proximity. They are also easy to prove drunk with equipment and methodology.

And then there's this "Today's pot is significantly stronger than in the 1960s, with average THC levels rising from less than 2% to over 15%"
