Picked up a 2005 Suburban

These trucks are amazing IMO. Simple and reliable. If they still sold this exact body style new people would still buy them. The 4L60e is the only real weakness, but luckily they can be rebuilt basically anywhere. Just my opinion, but I think the mid 2000’s was the sweet spot for vehicle reliability for any brand.

Some pics and then the one the wife sent this morning after her first drive to work in it. Said it is better in the snow than the truck. Guess that 1,000lbs extra helps.

That truck is cleaner than my 2009. I'm in South Florida near the beach. Salty humid air I guess!
