Photo number one is a picture of the engine in my 1995 Oldsmobile - notice the space next to the EGR valve, (the new looking thing). That's where the Map sensor should be located and yet, as you can see, it isn't there.

Does the Century have a MAF sensor on the throttle body?

I can see the MAF sensor on the Cutlass, so it probably does not have a MAP sensor. A handful of cars use both, but on the vast majority it's either/or.

This engine is typically one of those handful.

Yes, the 1996 Buick Century has both a Map and a MAF sensor.

I checked alldata for both vehicles to compare. The 95 does not appear to have a MAP sensor. Obviously the 96 does. No pinouts listed for PCM to MAP sensor. Normal. If you have a MAP problem, may actually be calculated from MAF readings.
