I don't know if I just don't shop cheap enough locations, but I've never seen a Champ, or Premium Guard, or several of the other brands some people have issues with. About the cheapest filter I've ever seen are the Prime Guards at Rural King.

Maybe it's because I'm in Ag country and the farmers know cheap filters are no good in extremely dusty environments?

I'm right near West Virginia border and SHELL Cracker plant and the river. Our RURAL KING is huge and they have filter i want: FRAM TOUGH GUARD 8316
