Pet lovers, how does your pet get their water?

Same here. The bowls get picked up every night and thoroughly washed and put out again the next morning.

I drink the same water, just not from a bowl.

I cleaned the water and food things every 2-3 weeks.

about a dozen dogs have used a 25 year old 3qt stainless steel mixing bowl. Currently have to change out the water twice a day because both of my guys like to stick a good chunk of their muzzles in the water making it get gross

oh and the old bowl still looks fairly new and if I stuck it back in the cupboard amongst other bowls and dishes you'd never know its age or how its been used

My dogs have been drinking water from a fountain for a long time. They love drinking it from the stream that falls down to the bowl. This is the one I have.

We actually have a few cats (won’t disclose number) and have that exact fountain. Some use it and some only will drink out of the bowl. The theory with the fountain is that cats/animals like running water but I don’t believe that that is true for all.

Through their mouth AFAIK. Usually from a bowl but they do enjoy drinking from the hose when it's being used.

Tap or filtered refrigerator water in stainless bowl changed in morning and evening.
Sometimes a third time rinse and refill if needed at any point in the day.
