Same price for a 5 quart jug @ wal mart around here. Since the Motorcraft is the blend i think that would have the edge, but i know the Pennzoil conventional is highly regarded around here. I know im splitting hairs, but who cares. Thoughts?

Pennzoil gets my vote, but I wouldn't kick the Motorcraft out of bed for eating crackers.
based on performance I choose Pennzoil.
They seem to be similar blends of II and III.

Ohh one real underrated aspect of MC is it is a gas saving oil...yet another reason why my application sees no more full synthetic...I can't say the same about PP being a good oil for FE.. I should know, I've tried both!

Pennzoil conventional is great and so is MC. For example, my Accord has received MC while my dad's 80s Camry sees nothing else then Pennzoil conventional.
The fact that Pennzoil conventional has GRP III now that it's advanced protection had means more choice for us and more $ for Pennzoil.. a great choice for both sides!

I have Havoline in my cars right now, but its been getting harder to find. VOA's show the DS Havoline and Pennzoil have a similar add packs. Motorcraft has less moly, but more calcium, zinc and phosphorous if you believe the VOA's. All post great numbers. The more I read about MC here, the more I think I'll go back to it.
