Almost all of them, although many are now starting to move to 12 month time interval if mileage is not met.

I am so done with metal end cap filters. I realize some manufacturers can make one that does not tear but I'm convinced it is better without them.

~10,500 mostly highway miles over 7-8 months (October to May, during the "winter" here in Houston, temps rarely below freezing), bulk 5w-30 oil (I would guess PYB since they use a Pennzoil filter?)

If the filter has wide pleat spacing and brittle media, it's probably going to tear very soon in use. Back when all the torn media reports were coming in, a couple filters only had 100 miles or less on them.
