A few months ago I got a message inviting me to the Pennzoil UOA test program. I got the welcome box, but never received the second batch of oil. Do I need to do anything to get the second box of oil shipped out?

In the package that I received there was an email address that you could contact to tell them when you were ready for your second batch of oil. I will see if I can find it and PM you.
