Peak Global lifetime coolant?

Is Peak Global lifetime coolant okay to use in a 1995 Ford 7.3L diesel? It says it meets the CAT EC-1 specs., but is it okay to use in a PSD? Is this a good coolant or should I be looking for something better?

Actually the product name is FINAL CHARGE 50/50 PreDiluted Global Extended Life Coolant made by Peak. Is this okay to use in a 1995 Ford 7.3L diesel?
