Could be wrong but I bet this is made by WPP (Warren) as well. The qt size container there sure looks like one of theirs. And yeah this is actually a good oil made by them as well.

Another idea possible here is Warren Oil 10w30... This Warren Oil is based out of Dunn NC. Their stuff is rather good as well at a low price point.
