PCV Valve Location 1993 Civic

It's mounted into the Intake Manifold just behind the Valve Cover.
While facing the engine from the front, look between the two right-most electrical plugs into the fuel injectors. There is a small 5"-7" inch hose running from the intake manifold near the the throttle body, down towards the valve cover but still into the intake manifold(only closer to the actual engine, just behind the valve cover).

UPDATE: It looks like there are two valve locations, one is just the elbow like pictured above while there is an actual valve somewhere else. Trying to track it down.

If you read from post #90 on page 3 of the thread(the link above), you'll get the information you need to find/replace the PCV valve if necessary. It's actually 'underneath' the Intake Manifold from the bottom of the valveless 'elbow' I outlined in red in the picture above. Follow the hose with your hand under where that elbow is and notice it continues from there towards the passenger side. You have to remove the clamp once that hose reaches where a metal housing at #1 in the diagram above shows. The PCV valve is snug inside the end of the pipe at location #1 in the diagram(item #2 is the PCV valve).
If you don't have the straight valve, you may have a 90 degree valve like #15 in the diagram(also may have a straight valve instead of 90 degree elbow at the initial location I pictured above myself).

Well, then you know it's either in the runner's(or just an elbow there) or underneath the runners closer to the passenger side(the base of the PCV valve mounted at the end of a hose into the breather chamber).
