i jsut take of the pcv and then spray inside with cleaner..i then put a little in there and block the holes and then shake it many times to get the buildup out. then let it dry for a while and put it in, good as new.

i wonder if that will affect ur emmission settings when u have cleaner going into the system.

What I have found is if you block off the intake side of the PCV then condensation will be eliminated or reduced considerably. This is not blocking the output or valve side but the hose that goes to the valve covers from the pre-throttle body intake. Most of the water is coming form the air ingested and this will eliminate that source.

There still will be ventilation of the blowby gasses as the engine will put a slight vacuum on the crankcase that is regulated by the PCV valve.

Now that the weather here is getting warmer here the pcv is now staying clean, so the question comes to mind that. When the weather is so cold outside, when ever my temp get up there and when the thermostat opens the temp drops right down. Would that be what was causing the excesive build up. If so what can I do in the winter months to keep the rad from getting so **** cold?
