Patman Flush--Revisited!

If you have a real legitimate reason for flushing your engine (if there is one it would be a rare occurance for any one person) then it would be well worth it to put in more than 2 quarts, why worry about running low? 3 or 4 quarts will flush it out better and "water down" the old oil more anyway.

I swear to the High Man Above.....

I had a dream last night and I was performing a Patman flush (with Amsoil 0w-20, no less). High Man Above help me.

I'd run more than 2 qts. More oil to dilute the crud in. You could always take the flush oil and run in a car you don't care as much about.

The advantage to having a beater for the spare car. Yep, can put that drain oil in a burner too.

Lol, if you can resist the urge not to dump in some shiny new bottles of Maxlife.
