Your suggesting the bosch 02 is better than the denso. Newer is all. Its true bosch O2's can cause problems on Toyotas. Does not calibrate well with the ECU, gets lazy sooner. The denso is cheaper, the local auto parts store make more on the bosch so they peddle that. Its calibrating fine for you so leave it. Any issues down the road get rid of it for the denso.
If its a 1ZZ-FE change the intake manifold gasket. Known to dry up and fail from heat, causes A/F, idles issues, etc.
I agree with you in that the Bosch is a newer sensor than the Denso it replaced. I'm thinking that Denso was a fluke. I like Denso and you are correct, when the Bosch fails, I will go back to Denso, I'm not giving up on Denso at all.
