The biggest filter available for your Tahoe is going to be the oem filter. The largest filter you will probably be able to find aftermarket is going to be around 3" od & 4.5" height. So you're going to be looking at a filter like the AC Delco PF52, Champ PH51A, Fram PH3980, Mobil 1 M1-201, Purolator L24011, STP S3980, Supertech ST3980, or a Wix 51036.
