oversize filter for 97 gmc

Can anybody lead me in the right direction for finding an oversized filter for a 97 gmc z-71 with the vortec 350?

What filter does it use now? Is it the PF1218? If so, there are a few bigger filters you could use, such as the Moroso Racing 22461, which is 8" high and holds 2 quarts.

Or the K&N HP6002 or Wix Racing 51794R, which also are that big and hold 2qts of oil.

I use a Puroilator 24011 now.

I don't think there is a swappable oversize filter for the PF-52. The PF-52 is the oversize for the PF-47, but i haven't seen any even larger.

Can't fit anything bigger in there, the front driveshaft is the hinderance. To get a bigger filter, you would have to go to a remote mount.

There are many of these products on the markert.

THANKS GUYS, I KNEW THAT THE FRONT AXLE WOULD BE CLOSE BUT FIGURED I'D CHECK ANYWAY.
