Outer Tie Rod End Bent?

Is it normal to have a new outer tie rod at a slight angle? The one on the left is straight but the right one is tilted a bit? I've never installed a tie rod before.

It's a ball-and-socket assembly - perfectly normal.

Thanks for the feedback. I was thinking it's meant to rotate a little but it wouldn't budge by hand. Just making sure

Brand new they take quite a bit of force to move.
