Used to be Omni that made O'Reilly oil. Not sure if that is still the case.
For a reasonable oil change interval, doubt you will see much difference. I used to get the O-Reilly Synthetic oil w/ a Microgard filter for $19.99 special years ago.
As an aside, a guy I served with had an old Harley police bike that he would dump 20W-50 conventional O-Reilly's oil into the sump. With a FRAM orange can. We were in Georgia, so he drove it year around. Probably had 200K on that combo. He could care less. Changed it every April and October, regardless of miles. Said "oil is oil." I couldn't argue as the results and longevity spoke for itself. He would, on occasion, use Havoline conventional if it was on sale.) So, imagine a nice Harley rolling down the road with an Orange filter on it. Everyone knew it was Charlie.....
