Ordered some Amsoil, problem...

If it was damaged during shipping, refuse the delivery. Amsoil will inspect the returned product and reship you your order. If you found damage after delivery call Amsoil at 1-800-956-5695 for damaged product information. Hope this helps.

I would contact your dealer or Amsoil directly and give them your order number and/or details. Then Amsoil will ship you a replacement and let you know if you need to deal with UPS or they will.
 
The shipper has to file the claim. The receiver has to keep all packing material and damaged items for proof of damage as well as adequate packing.
 
Maybe the UPS guy needs an OC

AMSOIL is VERY good at taking care of damaged packages. Out of a couple hundred orders a month I would say I have 2-3 damaged by UPS and they take care of it ASAP. Anything from leaking bottles to CRUSHED filters, I have seen it all. Have no worries!
