Opti-2 2 cycle oil ratio?

Just wondering... if you have used Opti-2 2 cycle oil in your outdoor power equipment what specific equipment you were using, what ratio, and what overall impression you have.

I have used Opti-2 over the years and had settled into a 64:1 mix ratio. It just seemed to work best at that ratio. That's 2 ounces per gallon of fuel and seemed to be the sweet spot for my Husqvarna trimmer and blower. I have also used it in my old Poulan Wild Thing chainsaw but with it roaring right in my face I chose something with a smell that I liked better (Maxima Super M).

I now use either Red Armor or one of the good motorcycle oils. My price point is about $21/quart so nothing in the small bottles gets purchased. I presently am running Maxima Super M in my equipment that I'm using for leaf clean-up and fire wood cutting. I usually pay about $16/liter for it from my local Cycle Gear or motorcycle shop. I mix Maxima Super M at 42:1 (3 ounces per gallon) and it's the cat's meow.

Good smell is indeed important! I was using Stihl Ultra and had just opened my fs100rx to inspect the cam and it was a bit dark in there which was concerning. Then I cranked it and smelled the sardine breath and that literally ended my time with Ultra.

Edit starts here... I asked Maxima and they recommended Super M Injector. They said ....

I was noticing that $. I have seen people using it and they were very strict about not allowing waste.
