Finally picked up an electric grease gun and want ONE grease, if that is possible. Will be using it for suspension components, outboard engine grease fittings, all purpose uses and lot of wheel bearings, trailers, vehicles etc...
Which one would you pick if price is not a factor? Thanks.

Schaeffer 219 Synforce Green. I use it in everything you list except the outboard fittings and many more places. All of my farm and construction equipment, OTR trucks, 9 production departments(except the food grade areas) at work.

Valvoline Crimson. As always YMMV but my 1998 John Deere has its original deck bearings and steering parts after 2,000 hours and 27 years later.

what is your climate?, lots of water wash exposure ? Schaeffer's 219 as Creekside mentioned above is a fine choice ( or the Schaeffers 274) , ., Mystik makes a variety of greases also you can use.

I think your problem with 1 grease is some things want lots of moly, like wheel bearings, and other things - like U-joints, do not.

In practicality - If you grease things properly and they were designed properly - then it likely doesn't matter much.
Low or no moly for wheel bearings.
For wheel bearings, it is generally recommended to use a grease with low or no molybdenum disulfide (moly) content, as using a high-moly grease can be detrimental to the bearings due to the potential for "roller skidding" at high speeds, which can shorten their lifespan; most experts advise using a standard multipurpose grease designed for wheel bearings instead.

Everyone has a favourite. I use Synthetic grease from Canadian Tire and have 265,000 miles on my original 3/4 ton ball joints. This last tube was made by Mystic. It may be now be made by Irving.

I use Mystik High temp in most everything from the lawnmower and 4-wheelers to the tractors and car/truck
Mystik JT-6 low temp synblend grease (blue color) is what I'm using at home operating temp of -27f to 325f, gc-lb certified, timken load #60. dropping point of 500f.

The only grease I've heard of like that would be Red Line CV-2. There are a few grease applications that require something different though like urethane bushings (Teflon / silicone?) and certain low-speed gearboxes (steering, NLGI 00 or 000 fluid grease).

Anytime grease comes up, I recommend Royal purple. Not sure it would be the best for continuous saltwater usage, but for all others it is great.

Mobil Delvac 1 or Mobil 1 synthetic grease for everything including wheel bearings.

No issues so far.

Which one particular are you using? I've switched to the CT stuff also during the Lucas HD shortage.

I use Shell SRS 2000 for everything on the semi trucks, trailers, cars, pickups, ATV, snowmobiles, and more.
