Oldest tool you regularly use?

SK Wayne ratchet and socket set purchased in 1968 when I was 16 years old to make a $300 ‘65 Corvair that I towed home drivable. It’s been abused with cheater bars and the only casualty was a ‘14mm socket that was replaced under warranty.

My grandfather's Craftsman 10" table saw. It's a beast. Also some of his hand tools. And his Black & Decker router from the 50s

I have some of my dad's tools but the tool I use most regularly is a small ball pain hammer issued to me at the beginning of my apprenticeship in 1970. 2nd most regularly used tool is a Stanley wood plane from approx. 1965.

My grandfathers flare nut wrenches from the early 60's as well as a bunch of his other tools. One of my top boxes is from the mid 70s, the other from the 80s. Dad has lots of tools he regularly uses from when he started in this business in the 70s as well as all my grandfathers stuff from the 60s

A screw driver from my Dad that he bought in the late 40's after getting home from WWII. Old wooden handle. He told me to hang on to it when he was in his 90's. I have a few of his original tools, but that one is the oldest. He passed in 2017 at 99.

I use a long double fisted wooden handle screw driver I bought in the 70s ....then considered basic junk but it really wasn't..

Turned out it was a perfect fit on pivot screws on guns I worked on and did 10s of thousands of..

Some day I hope to clone it for others to have.

Craftsman wrenches (were my Dad’s) from the 50s. Most all my tools were purchased from late 1976 thru 1982. The years I was on the shop floor. Promoted to shop manager in 1982. Hated by everyone ever since.

What is the oldest tool in your collection that you regularly use? Not just old tools you own, but the one(s) you actually use? Mine would be the Giller USA adjustable wrench that was my Dad's that is most likely from his time in the Army during the mid-1960s. I don't think I have anything older.
Pair of channel lock pliers I found in the backyard of a house I moved into in 1991. Cleaned the rust off and they are still in my tool bag today.

I have a 1964 date code Snap-on 1/4 ratchet that I use everyday pretty much. My coworker needed a 1/2 ratchet and liked my Icon one that I got at the pawn shop for $5 so I traded him the Icon ratchet for the Snap-on ratchet + $10 and we were both happy. That’s been probably 3 years ago now.

I have a 1/2 dr. Craftsman ratchet from the 70's with the oil hole in the top. Works like new. A lot of my tool truck tools mac, Cornwell and snappy are from the 90's bought new back then. I also have been an auto tech for 30 years. These tools are used hard daily

SK ratchet I got for Xmas 1970. Still have and use my Sears 1 1/2 ton floor jack from 1973 along with Craftsman tools from then. I bought a lot of stuff with my employee discount.
I inherited a lot more hand tools older than me also, and I'm a '54 model.
