Old Amsoil 100:1 Surplus

Hi all. I’ve got nearly a full quart of the Old Amsoil 100:1. I’ve also got a new quart of the Saber 100:1, in addition to a pint of MX2T. Now I’ve about ten years worth of oil! I really like the new Saber and the MX2T. What should I do with the old Amsoil 100:1?

Burn it in my Jeep at low doses?

Throw it away?

Give it away?

Any Ideas???

Mix it with your four cycle gas for your other powered outdoor toys. Many commercial guys run all of their four stroke motors with 100 or 200 to 1 two-stroke oil for better cleaning, upper cylinder lube and gas stabilization.

Unopened it should be good for several years...opened I wouldn't use it if it's more than 2 years old. Using it in a 4 cycle is a good idea...I run Amsoil in every tank for my lawnmower at about 60:1.

Should work well for keeping dust down on a gravel driveway.

I’ve never had a problem using the 100:1 in anything I own, which includes:

Echo hedge trimmer
Weedeater line trimmer
Husky chainsaw
Homelite blower.

All run clean, have low deposits, and don’t smoke. If the 100:1 was killing stuff, you’d hear about it all over the web.

So far, I like the salad dressing idea!

Brett, I am very relaxed,lol.

HEV, just because you havent had any problems YET, doesnt meen you wont. As with most things wear related in a IC engine lack of lubrication has a cumulative effect that isnt always imediatly apparent.
BTW My stuff gets run at 32:1 and is smoke less and is CLEANER than 100:1. How do I know? because I ran a long term test of amsoil 100:1 this summer.
