Oils for turbo engines

100 -110 C is normal, and actually pretty good for a turbo engine.
I can't see a need for a thicker oil, as it isn't needed and would probably raise the oil temps.
Any name brand full synthetic should work just fine for you.

FYI, I've got syntec 5W50 in my saab right now and it's the first oil I've put in there that didn't have the consistancy of water after a few weeks. It's also been SLOB'ed though...
