Well the Mobil 1 0w20 AFE is in with the Fram ultra filter, wish me luck!

I've got a 2018 and the manual states 0w20 or 5-30 conventional with 5k oil changes. I'm sure your still under warranty so I'd stray from giving Nissan a reason to deny any issues that may come up. I use whatever name brand 0-20 and a pure one filter, then note it in the maintenance log. My dealer is 40 miles away and I sure wouldn't pay what they want anyways. You paid a pretty penny for a new car so why try and extend something the manufacture says can't be extended.
