Oil Price Shake-Up

I was at my local Walmart last night and the oils seemed to still be the SL formulation. The Super Tech was 88 cents. The Pennzoil dropped down to $1.46. Quaker State dropped to $1.40. Havoline dropped to 95 cents and Chevron Supreme went up to $1.28! Mobil 1 stayed about the same. I can understand dropping the price in order to move it out for the new stock but why would the C.S. actually go up fourteen cents per quart while the Havoline went down about 18 cents per quart?

I know Amsoil raised their prices starting today about 10 cents a quart.

CS went up in price so they can drop it next week and advertise it as a price drop.
