So not many cars include oil pressure gauges anymore, including some performance cars. The GTO didn't have one and I've yet to see a newer Mustang without the simulated gauge(fancy idiot light). If only every car had a gauge setup like a Corvette...

Anywho, for those of you that have aftermarket gauges, let's see em! If there's a site that was interested in their car's oil pressure, this is the place! Here's my setup.

You thief.

I would install gauges and have been working on doing so, but with a 15 year old car its nearly impossible to find any cool replacement panels to fit a gauge in. May have to get clever.

I am not sure who makes the decision on gauges. My Cummins diesel has an oil pressure gauge but the sender is over $200 as it must have some circuitry (3 wires plus ground).

My Bobcat has temp, voltage and fuel, but the oil and hydraulic pressure are both idiot lights which were burned out in the used Bobcat I got. The Bobcat (unlike a car) is not a product where the bean counters get a huge say and try to save a nickel. So I would prefer all gauges.

My 300ZX Z31 turbo had oem turbo boost,oil pressure,oil temperature,and voltage guages.

I`d love to see cars with oem oil temperature guages again.

Nice job on the Pontiac gauges! Was that a custom job or was there already something there to start with?

The pod is from SCSS and they call it the GaTOr pod. The gauges are from Speedhut and they allow you to pick gauge and light colors. The panel they replaced were just a plain flat panel.

I'm thinking of installing an oil pressure gauge.
However i want 2 rant Honda Fit doesn't even include coolant temp gauge! only overheating light!!!

Very Nice!
I always liked gauges since i was a little kid!
For a long while most gm cars did not have anything but a speedometer and gas gauge i always liked the temperature gauge and the oil gaude and volts also

Guess I should've started the engine.

Torrid had done a very nice install job. But it's easy to install if you don't care what it looks like (

Here is my zip tie hack job (yep, that's speaker wire for the lamp):

My 2004 350Z has an oil pressure gauge. My 1988 Supra has one, too, only because it doesn't have a turbo. The turbo MkIII Supras had a boost gauge in place of the pressure gauge.
