Oil filters slated for dissection

Sometime this week, I'm going to cut open these 4 used oil filters. If you have any requests for a particular camera angle or shot for any of the filters, please let me know.

These filters were used on the following vehicles (left-to-right):
1997 Ford Expedition 4.6L
2002 Chevolet Tahoe 5.7L Flex-Fuel
2000 VW GTI 1.8T

That's a great idea to write the mileage down on the filter. I'm going to have to do that now.

Has a Purflux ever been on your list?

Can you manually push the BPV open on the M1, and compare the force required to the one on the P+?

The filters are for different applications, so the comparison would not be apples to apples. Besides that, it's very hard to open the BPV by hand on the M1.
