Oil filter swap

Nothing big going to put 2k minimum on a trip so with only 550 miles on oil I decided to just do a quick filter swap from fram to a RP and besides the full filter I lost 4 oz,so at least I know what to expect from the trucks 5.7 hemi. I did re spray the under coat and spray all joints with white lithium.I couldn’t find my needle fitting for the grease gun so I have to get another one.The amount and quality of the filter media in the ram compared to the caddy’s 20-500 is better all around.

Did the "Caddy" use the XP in the photo? Grease ought to quiet the squeaks during your trip.

No I jumped right into the RP 20-500 from the original manufacturer ac delco

I think it looks cheap. I’m a new fan of RP filters but use a few varieties,but no more xp filters.
