Oil filter for my 4.3l Volvo Penta?

I use a Volvo Penta part number 3850559 oil filter for my boat. Cross reference is a fram ph30 or AC Delco Pf1218. I have a few of the Delco filters laying around. Are they good filters or would you use different? I use 15w40 delo with an oci and new filter at 100 hours or once a year.

Wire backed media would be smart, considering the damp environment boat engines operate in. Wix XP/NAPA Platinum, Ultra, RP, or similar.

We use PH5 equivalent filters for all engines originally equipped with PH30 filters.

In heavy duty and truck applications of of their engines, GM used the PF1218 (PH5) in place of the PF25 (PH30) with no other changes made to the engine.

Given the marine engine's susceptibility to condensation, I prefer to use a filter with synthetic media. Would suggest Fram's Ultra XG5.
