oil filter conversion

Thinking about switching from a cartridge filter to a spin on filter. I have a 2007 Ford Fusion.

fl-2017b to at fl-910s

I can't figure out if they have the same flow rate. Anybody have specs for these filters?

The conversion is fairly simple and will make oil changes much easier.
